Bjelolasica, The Croatian Olympic Center, was where Janica Kostelic (Croatian skiing champion who won three gold medals and a silver medal) started skiing. A large sports hall, fitness club and sauna are located in the central pavilion of the Bjelolasica Hotel Complex.

Ski Resort Celembasa  located in the village Mrkopalj, 15 km from Delnice at Rijeka-Zagreb motorway. When you eat with the highway, go right along the old road to Rijeka. After 5 km you are finishing their up Mrkopalj, the same u will see a pointer to Celembasa.

After years of inaction in the last season restored the lifts in a small Krasno The lift, built in the late 80's XX century, worked briefly. Because of the war the resort was not working for 15 years. Just in Krasno awaits 1,6 km. slopes, which is enough for one-or two-day skiing.

Ski resort Petehovac located on the top above Delnice at an altitude of 1050 meters above sea level. City center Delnice is about 3 kilometers. At the top of Petehovec you waiting for parking and mountain house. You can spend the night in one of the 12 rooms (3 stars) or dinner and something to drink in a large and comfortable room with a fireplace. Tickets for the hills are sold here.

Ski Center Rudnik one of the smaller and lesser-known ski resorts in Croatia, but enough so popular in Gorski Kotar, and you can even talk about competition Celimbasa and Bjelolasica. Sami hills are located about 1 km. from the town Trsce.

The Croatian capitol Zagreb has skiing terrains only a twenty minutes away from the city center. The ski slopes of the Medvednica mountain hosted the first steps towards the world skiing fame for the best Croatian skiers, Janica and Ivica Kostelic.

Platak is a small family-run ski resort in the immediate vicinity of Rijeka with many opportunities for recreation, both winter and summer. Perhaps this is the only ski resort in the area where the summit (1363 meters) on skis, you can enjoy the sea view!
