Ski Center Rudnik one of the smaller and lesser-known ski resorts in Croatia, but enough so popular in Gorski Kotar, and you can even talk about competition Celimbasa and Bjelolasica. Sami hills are located about 1 km. from the town Trsce.

If you eat from Rijeka or Zagreb  then the easiest way to move out from the road in Delnice, drive along the old road and turn left towards Gerova. Along all the roads are pointers, so that problems do not find this resort. Trsce is 10 km. from Gerova.

If you are traveling in winter, be sure to bring a car chains and other winter equipment, as the road is sometimes covered with ice. It is interesting to mention that the last 9 miles. roads are where the championships are held in Croatia.

Rudnik is located on the northern slope of the same name of the mountain at an altitude of 1052 meters. At your service - opportunities for downhill skiing and sledding. The resort has two equipped descent, one of length 800 meters, and the second - 1000 meters. Also there is a slope for the northern riding in length from 3 to 5 km. To rise to the top, you must use the lift, which has a length of 567 meters, with the difference in altitude - 182 meters. This is the only problem of the resort - low power, so near the elevator, there are often queues. At the ski resort there are two cars for the daily care of slopes.

Right descent could have been attributed to the red category. Beginning the descent is very steep, and all he has three turns. The descent wide enough. The second slope is not currently working, but it is even more steep and is ideal for professionals. Plans to build another one descent and lift to reduce the queue.
At the foot of the mountain is a restaurant in alpine style - «Brvnara» - where, after riding home can taste the local cuisine. If you want to try a small and little-known ski resort, look for a good, homey atmosphere, this place is for you.
